Notice to Copyright Owners

Global Free TV Hub is a stream aggregation directory. We do not host, upload, store, or transmit any video content. All streams listed on this platform are hyperlinks to publicly available third-party resources hosted on external servers we do not control.

Our Role

Our platform functions similarly to a search engine index. We index URLs that appear to be publicly available live streams. We do not have access to, nor do we distribute, the underlying video content.

DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and you believe that a stream listed on Global Free TV Hub links to content that infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove the listing from our directory.

Your notice must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, physical address)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on Global Free TV Hub that link to the allegedly infringing stream
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to process all valid requests within 48–72 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe a listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

Global Free TV Hub maintains a policy of removing channel listings associated with repeat copyright infringement claims.
